Finally stainless without the smudge and fingerprints! Living on salt water=everyday wipe down of old stainless, glass keeps it clean for over a week! Love the wine rack, disappointing champagne bottles don't fit but the handy rack in the fridge works for the bubbly. Great bright light, fun quick diamond shape ice. Plastic Draw & butter draw could be a little more substantial. Kind of flimsy for the price.

We purchased this after having the icemaker on our Samsung French Door refigerator replaced 3 times in 2 years. It was a splurge purhcase, but this fridge is top notch! From storage for wine to a multi drawer freezer, we are incredibly happy with this fridge. Despite being a counter depth (we had a full size before), the storage amount is very similar to what we had previously, and the ability to store 17 bottles of wine is a huge plus for us. The freezer and refrigerator both have their own compressors and it runs very quietly, plus the water spout being internal is a nice touch for a clean aesthetic. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is into wine and in the market for a new refrigerator as well!

In love with the Bosch 800 with Wine drawer so far! Better than expected. Love the wine drawer which I use for large bottled water as much as for wine. Love the beauty of the glass front. Love the inside water dispenser and the ice maker. I have owned it for 9 months and hope I still feel this way 10 years from now. The only drawback is it makes my cabinets look old and unworthy of this beautiful refrigerator! Planning a remodel in the near future. One very small issue I had was that mine was delivered with a small dent on the interior back stainless panel of the refrigerator compartment. When I peeled off the blue protective plastic there it was. A flaw covered up at the factory. That was disappointing for an otherwise flawless looking piece of kitchen art. I emailed Bosch but they never responded. Once I filled the fridge it wasn't noticeable but I know it's there. Made me wonder what else Bosch would overlook. However it has performed beautifully so far, dent aside. I do recommend this fridge based on my first 9 months of ownership.

We had a power outage of over 1 hour last week while we were away in our RV. And when we got home everything had melted in the freezer. But our neighbors said the power came back on in 2 hours, ad did SDGE our power supplier. Why did it not restart? We had an power failure last month for about 15 minutes and everything worked when the power came back on The only thing I could find in the manual was a vague mention that re-freezing thawed is verboten! Is that what this thing obeys! Gosh darn! Well I finally got the red flashing alarm button to stop flashing "by pushing it" but what did it mean. ? What alarm? Why was the freezer temperature flashing?

This refrigerator is everything that I had hoped it would be. The price range is rather high, but l can honestly say, "money well spent." The temperature control panel keeps the food at the right temp and my veggies and produce last longer. There is adequate space in the side compartments and in the refrigerator. I love the beverage drawer. My only minor issue is the refrigerator is not fingerprint proof as I was told, but it is no big deal.

Our previous fridge gave out this summer. I maintained it well year after year and it gave us a good 9-10 years of service. While shopping for a new one, I noticed way too many bells and whistles screaming at my face with most of the appliances we went to see...then this Bosche caught our eye. Sleek, handsome color and full of functionality in a discrete bulk less finish. So there we go to open the doors and check the space and WHAT DID WE SEE NEXT? The drink droor! Wow, that was the clincher and deciding on purchasing the fridge there after was an easy decision. Now, the fridge garnishes more attention from our guests than the appetizers we put out.

I though the smaller refrigerator section might be a challenge but the ability to customize the interior and the thoughtful design make all the difference. While I love the looks and feel it's built well, some of the haptics leave something to be desired. In a kitchen where everything is soft close and lovely, the fridge really needs a proper push to go from nearly-but-not shut, to properly closed. Similarly, holding down the water button is more of a job for your thumb than your index finger, tiring when filling up a larger container. Small nits, but nits that bug you every single day, multiple times a day.

We recently purchased the 800 Series French Door with wine drawer and overall, we are very pleased with the quality, spaciousness, and thoughtful design for a counter-depth refrigerator. However, our only disappointment lies with the main produce drawer in the top refrigerator compartment. Despite the high standards of the product, the drawer feels flimsy and is difficult to pull out, which is inconvenient. It almost seems as if this feature was added as an afterthought rather than integrated into the design. Hopefully, this is an issue that can be addressed in future models.

Received my new Bosch refrigerator and I love it! It holds everything I need and more and I love the "wine drawer" that I use for snacks and drinks. BUT... the best part...it's the front cover!! It's the glass coating! It doesn't show finger prints and it doesn't show dents! That was what I hated about my last stainless steel fridge- you just bump it and - dent! Besides all that - it's gorgeous to look at!! I highly recommend this refrigerator to anyone that wants a beautiful appliance and practical one too!

Showstopper

This is a great way to get a built in look without the price! It fits perfectly in my 72" standard cabinet cutoout, no 3 in gap. The fridge is very functional and fits a good amount with organization. I am used to a full not counter depth fridge, but the adjustment has been easy. I love the 3rd draw for fruits, veges, drinks or whatever you choose to put in. I also like the ice maker which makes alot of ice in short time. My only small complaint is a seem to hear a faint humming sound alot. I am guessing its because of the compressors? Its not enough to make me call a repairman yet...... Overall a solid, great looking fridge.
